Terms of Service

The short version: estimates on this site are planning ranges, not quotes. Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement you sign. Please use the site lawfully, and reach out at hello@ase.haus with any questions.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of ase.haus and any tools on it, including the project estimator, booking calendar, newsletter and client portal. The site is operated by Àṣẹ Haus LLC (“Àṣẹ Haus,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and proposals

Price ranges, timelines and payment examples shown by our project estimator or elsewhere on the site are planning estimates only. They are not offers, quotes or contracts. Final scope, pricing, timeline, payment schedule and deliverables are set in a written proposal or agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed proposal or agreement, the signed document controls.

2. Discovery calls

Discovery calls are free and create no obligation for you or for us. We may reschedule or decline a call or project at our discretion.

3. Client services

Projects, payments, revisions, intellectual property ownership, cancellations and refunds are governed by your signed proposal or agreement with us. Access to the client portal is provided to clients for active projects and may be suspended or ended when a project or agreement ends.

4. Using this website

You agree not to:

Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
Submit false information, spam, malware or harmful content through our forms
Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, the client portal or other users’ information
Scrape, copy or resell the site’s content or tools without written permission

5. Our content

The site’s text, design, graphics, code, case studies and branding belong to Àṣẹ Haus or are used with permission. Client logos, screenshots and brand marks shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and are displayed with permission as examples of our work. You may share links to our pages, but you may not reuse our content without written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The site uses and links to third-party services such as Google, Stripe and client websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that results described in case studies will be the same for every organization.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Àṣẹ Haus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit any obligations in a signed client agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Àṣẹ Haus harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
