Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what you choose to share with us (like your name, email and project details) to answer you, book your call and do the work. We don’t sell your information. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it anytime at hello@ase.haus.

This policy explains how Àṣẹ Haus LLC (“Àṣẹ Haus,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit ase.haus, use our project estimator, book a call, join our newsletter or work with us as a client.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

Contact and booking details: your name, email, phone number, organization name and any notes you add when you book a call or contact us.
Project estimator answers: the services you select, your organization type, timing, content readiness, budget range and the estimate shown to you. If you enter your name and email in the estimator, we save your answers so we can email you a copy and a reminder if you don’t finish booking.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
Client information: if you become a client, the content, files, messages, invoices and project details shared through our client portal, proposals and email.
Job applications: information you submit when applying to work with us.

Information collected automatically:

Usage and device data: pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through Google Analytics and Google Search Console (via Google Site Kit).
Cookies and local storage: small files and browser storage that keep the site working, remember your estimator answers on your device and measure how the site is used.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health or financial account details through this website, and you shouldn’t submit it in our forms.

How we use your information

To respond to you, schedule and hold your discovery call, and prepare for it
To send your estimate, proposals, invoices, project updates and reminders
To deliver and support the work we do for clients
To send our newsletter, if you sign up (you can unsubscribe anytime)
To understand how the site is used and improve it
To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so, including:

Website hosting and security providers
Email delivery and our customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Google (Analytics, Search Console, Meet and reCAPTCHA)
Stripe, for payments. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and estimator information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information sooner unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Access, correction and deletion: email hello@ase.haus and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies: you can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Some features, like saved estimator answers, may stop working.
Analytics: you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We honor those requests where they apply.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and work with clients worldwide. Information you share is processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we’ll post a notice on the site.
