Start with what you actually need

Price the support around your organization.

Answer a few quick questions. We’ll show you a practical monthly planning range and what that level of support could look like. It is an estimate, not a locked package or final quote.

Your scope

A guided estimate, not a package selector.

Nonprofits rarely need the exact same mix of support. Your answers help us estimate the level of ongoing strategy and execution your organization may need.

Organization stage

Where are you right now?

Choose the answer that most closely describes the organization today.

How retainer pricing works

You pay for the capacity you need, not a list of filler deliverables.

Every retainer begins with a defined set of priorities, a working rhythm, and clear boundaries around what Àṣẹ Haus is responsible for. If your needs shift, we revisit the scope instead of forcing your organization into a package that no longer fits.

Talk through your needs
01
$1,050–$1,380 / month

Focused ongoing support around a smaller set of priorities.

02
$1,380–$1,670 / month

Steady execution across multiple connected workstreams.

03
$1,670–$2,085+ / month

Higher-touch support when the organization needs meaningful outside capacity.

Planning ranges, not preset packages. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after discovery.

What happens when you start

A clear start. No mystery handoff.

We move from understanding the organization to building the right infrastructure, then into a sustainable working rhythm.

01Discovery

We learn how the organization actually works.

Goals, programs, audiences, funding realities, internal capacity, current tools, and the bottlenecks your team is carrying.

02Priorities

We decide what needs to move first.

You receive a focused working plan so the retainer has a purpose beyond “general support.”

03Build

We strengthen the highest-impact systems.

That may mean web, donor infrastructure, CRM workflows, communications, brand materials, operational systems, or a connected mix.

04Rhythm

We stay close enough to keep things moving.

Ongoing priorities, implementation, review, and adjustment are handled inside a clear monthly operating rhythm.

One partner, connected work

Support where nonprofit capacity tends to break first.

Instead of treating your website, fundraising, operations, and communications as separate problems, we look at how they affect one another.

01

Digital presence

Websites, landing pages, donor flows, content architecture, accessibility-minded user experience, and ongoing site support.

02

Fundraising readiness

Donation infrastructure, sponsor journeys, campaign support, grant-readiness systems, and the materials that strengthen credibility.

03

Operations & CRM

Intake, constituent data, automation, internal workflows, forms, volunteer or participant processes, and practical team systems.

04

Communications

Email systems, newsletters, campaign structure, stakeholder messaging, content planning, and clearer audience journeys.

05

Brand & materials

Brand refinement, messaging, presentations, reports, campaign assets, and consistent materials for the people you need to reach.

06

Strategy & capacity

Prioritization, decision support, systems planning, implementation roadmaps, and practical capacity-building around real constraints.

A strong fit if...

The mission is not the problem. Capacity is.

You may already know what your organization wants to accomplish. The harder part is creating the time, systems, specialized skills, and follow-through to make it happen well.

Your team has more priorities than hands.

Your digital tools have grown disconnected or outdated.

You are preparing for a funding, program, or growth season.

You need implementation, not another strategy document that sits in a folder.

You want one partner who can connect brand, technology, systems, and execution.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

If your organization needs something more specific, the discovery process is designed to sort through it with you.

Is the estimator my final quote?+

No. It is a planning tool based on the level of support you select. Final pricing reflects the actual scope, workload, timeline, and responsibility confirmed during discovery.

Can a retainer include different kinds of work?+

Yes. That is one of the reasons we use a custom retainer model. A nonprofit may need website support one month, campaign infrastructure the next, and ongoing systems or communications work across both.

What if we need a major one-time build first?+

We can scope substantial implementation separately when appropriate, then move into an ongoing retainer for maintenance, optimization, communications, or continued capacity support.

Do you only work with large nonprofits?+

No. The page is intentionally designed around organizational need and capacity rather than size alone. Smaller organizations can use focused support, while larger or fast-moving teams may need a more embedded scope.

Are software and third-party costs included?+

Not automatically. Hosting, software subscriptions, advertising, printing, paid platforms, and other third-party expenses are identified separately so your organization can see what it is actually paying for.

Ready when the organization is

Build the infrastructure your mission deserves.

Start with the estimator, or go directly to project intake if you already know where your organization needs support.
